one of the best spiritual guides esther and abraham hicks teach us that we are all vibrations/frequency. think of each one of us as a radio antenna and depending upon what frequency we are ommiting it's them same as what we are receiving. if you want to converse with. a higher power, (good or not so good) you need to figure out that frequency in order to communicate. this is done though the practice of meditation. and that's where the rub is, could it be any easier to sit down twice a day for 20 minutes each time and literally do nothing. just sit and still your mind. sounds simple. ya right!
