Hi Lee, I do vibrational sound therapy, but I’m not familiar with Attuned Vibrations. (I’ll be checking them out though!) Check out SomaEnergetics. The book that was referenced here was written by it’s founder, David Hulse.
In a nutshell, I work with the energy body using primarily tuning forks (solfeggio frequencies and others). There are descriptions and videos about some of the techniques, as well as tuning forks available for purchase on the SomaEnergetics website. There are many interesting approaches out there, but I recommended that one because it's the one I have the most experience with. Sol also has lots of good information and some tuning forks on his website. (I hope to buy his books soon!) I'm gradually learning as much as I can from all the practitioners I resonate with.
