Very insightful .. I have notice that main stream news and movies teaches society to react . To respond in a lower level of emotion . And when I see that this is self importance , this really teaches me not rect how I think people want me to. Or what i have lead to believe I should react. And for myself a great lesson in observing and not giving any energy that will not serve me or mankind.

In some cases like mine hard to say anything could of changed , yet sure you haven't read my so far three posts that every word is true .A therapist told me to put it all out there . So I am.
