Try seeing tomorrow

In your heart
The war drum’s drumming

This isn’t belief
It’s just knowing
No need for make-believe
With gnosis flowing

Fruit is for eating
Seeds are for sowing

Try foretelling the end
From stuck in the middle
The present’s a violin
The future’s a fiddle
Today’s world offends
Its reason’s a riddle

Fruit is for eating
Seeds are for sowing

The mind wants
To run away
The heart waits
For a better day

The head packs
Its bags and prays
The night is long
But then dawns the day

This isn’t belief
It’s just knowing
Time isn’t a thief
But a pied piper blowing

Fruit is for eating
Seeds are for sowing

Try telling the then
Now closing your eyes
Just get in your zen
And truthtell all lies

You’ll hear a
Still small voice
Whispering from the
Ethereal Sphere

Listen close and
You’ll get to know it
And start to know
What you hear

The mind craves
To run away
The heart pines
For a better day

The head transfers
Its funds and prays
The night is long
But then dawns the day

This isn’t belief
It’s just knowing
Truth is for eating
Lies are for showing

You’ll hear a
Still small voice
Whispering from the
Ethereal Sphere

Listen close
With ears on your here
Where lies your true purpose
And the beginning’s near
