Observe the effects of your attention and be mindful of how you use it. Innerstand that your thoughts, beliefs and intentions are powerful forces synergizing with the quantum field. Science has shown that the mere act of observing influences the universe at a basic level. This is the “observer effect.” What we focus on impacts the unfolding of real events. Indeed, our focus—which is constantly hijacked by both mainstream and alternative online sources—is the main driver in bringing purely imaginary scenarios to life. This even applies to genes, which can be switched on and off … consciously. Epigenetics reveals that your body isn’t a genetically predetermined flesh robot, but is governed by a set of gene switches that can be turned on or off—by you—mindfully. Ergo, we have far more control over their expression than previously thought. Consider the enormous implications for mental health … which basically starts with where and how you choose to place your attention.
